Our Team

Carol Ebel is the Manager of Health Management for Forward Health & Wellness and a member of our Medical Advisory Committee. She has more than 20 years of experience working with and for insurance companies, providers, and employers. Ebel was most recently responsible for developing and implementing an employer health promotion and consumer awareness initiative.

Ebel's clinical experience includes orthopedic, critical care, and behavioral health nursing, in addition to working on the development of a comprehensive managed care program for a multi-specialty hospital.
