Our Team

Jerilyn Mulcahy is the Operations Manager for Forward Health & Wellness. Prior to joining the company, Mulcahy worked as a consultant for Wipfli and as director of human resources for ADC Telecommunications in Minneapolis, Minn. In these roles, she effectively partnered with organizations to develop human resource strategies and solve day-to-day issues.

Mulcahy also has experience building highly effective teams and managing a dispersed workforce base in the United States, Canada, France, Belgium, and England. In addition, she completed two international acquisitions by fostering relations, which led to successful integration of employees and business systems globally.

Mulcahy is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), both locally and nationally. She also is highly active in community organizations.

Mulcahy earned her bachelor’s of science degree in management from Cardinal Stritch University. She also has obtained her mini-master’s degree in international business from St. Thomas University and her human resource certification from the University of Minnesota.
