Since 1983, Mike Konzen has worked with employers and employees to develop several types of employee benefit programs. His efforts have generated high levels of satisfaction with his clients as well as earned him awards and designations from industry associations and companies he has represented.

Currently the Director of Marketing for Forward Health & Wellness, Konzen actively has been involved in all aspects of marketing and consulting in the health care industry. He has been an account representative, consultant, sales executive, agency founder, and senior manager affording firsthand experience with the issues facing business owners and their employees.

Konzen holds the HIA, LUTCF, and CHC designations. He completed his undergraduate studies at Michigan State University and master’s degree coursework at the University of Toledo.
